Build the Future of Wellbeing

Do Your Life’s Best Work

If modern wellbeing were redesigned from scratch, it wouldn’t live in a GP’s office or a cluttered supplement aisle. It would be digital-first, beautifully curated, and powered by data that actually helps you feel your best.

That’s what we’re building atHealf—an ecommerce platform at the intersection of personalised health and curated wellbeing. We connect customers with the world’s most effective products acrossEAT, MOVE, MIND, and SLEEP, and we’re just getting started.

We combineculture-shaping storytelling,cutting-edge health tech(like our new blood testing platform,Healf Zone), anda best-in-class product experienceto help people build rituals that work.

Backed by investors behindSoho House, Alo Yoga, Cult Beauty, and Innocent, we’re scaling fast—and redefining how the world shops and lives well.

The Role

We’re looking for a high-agency Product Designer to take our web experience to the next level, with work extending into our upcoming mobile app. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of how consumers discover and engage with curated, personalised wellbeing at scale.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Product and a high-performing engineering team to improve product discovery, reduce friction, and boost conversion across the full user journey - from collection and PDP pages to our quiz, subscription portal, and AI assistant (Helix), while ensuring the Healf experience feels personal, actionable, and deeply human.

This role is ideal for someone with strong UX and interaction design skills, an eye for clean, scalable UI, an understanding of what drives conversion, and a genuine passion for building a better web and app experience for our users. You don’t need to have worked in wellness or FMCG—but a solid foundation in eCommerce, CRO, and design systems is key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design smart, personalised experiences that help users find what they need (and didn’t know they needed) faster

  • Lead UX/UI work across core areas of the Healf website: collection pages, PDPs, quiz, subscription portal, bundle builder, Helix, and more

  • Develop creative solutions to reduce friction and drive conversion across web and app

  • Bring Helix (our conversational AI assistant) to life with best-in-class conversational UI/UX

  • Collaborate with product, content, and engineering to ensure fast, high-quality execution

  • Play a key role in evolving our cross-platform design system to support consistent growth

  • Conduct user research and experimentation to validate and refine design decisions

  • Set a high bar for craft, detail, and performance in everything we ship

Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience designing web and mobile products, ideally in eCommerce, DTC, consumer tech, or health & wellbeing

  • Know how to turn messy, ambiguous problems into elegant, usable experiences

  • A sharp eye for layout, hierarchy, and UX clarity — and understand what converts

  • Confident owning UX/UI end to end, from whiteboard to final polish

  • Familiar with CRO practices and improving performance across conversion funnels

  • Experience working with (or contributing to) design systems in Figma

  • Can collaborate and communicate effectively with developers

  • Proactive, independent, and excited to take ownership of large surfaces

  • Energised by building new things that help people live healthier, better lives
