• Contract length: 31/12/2025 - potential to extend to 2 years
• Location: Hybrid King's Cross London 3 days per week
• Salary: £99k-£108k per year

You will play a critical role in designing intuitive and impactful user experiences for internal productivity tools that power the company’s workforce.

What You'll Do:

• Translate complex workflows into elegant product features.
• Design user flows and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and content teams in agile sprints.
• Contribute to design QA and component iteration.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years in product design across web and mobile platforms.
• Front end development experience
• Strong interaction and visual design expertise.
• Experience in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Figma and understanding of design systems.
• A self-starter with a sharp eye for cohesive user experiences.

Nice to Have:

• Background in AI-powered tools, front-end familiarity, and privacy-compliant UX.
