Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of design experience in product-led digital environments.
• Strong user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting or interpreting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with design systems and prototyping tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions aligned with user needs, business goals and technical requirements.
• Conduct research and leverage user insights to inform design decisions.
• Produce high-quality assets to improve usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers and content teams to ensure cohesive experiences.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product development life cycle.
• Develop prototypes and communicate concepts to stakeholders.
• Work with engineering to ensure accurate implementation.
