Job summary

Replika is seeking a hands‑on Product Designer to craft high‑quality user experiences across mobile and web as they scale to millions of users. You will own end‑to‑end design from onboarding to daily interactions, collaborating with product managers and engineers, and contributing to a growing design system.

The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong English communication, and a passion for human‑centered AI.

• Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments.

About this role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Product Designer with impeccable taste, strong ownership, and deep love for users. You’ll be crafting high‑quality user experiences across mobile and web, and you’ll be doing it during the most important product moment in Replika’s history.

You’ll be shaping what millions of people see, feel, and fall in love with — from onboarding to daily interaction. The product handles deeply personal conversations, and the design has to earn that trust at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing
