We believe in making products that matter – products that solve real-world problems and make their users better at what they do. With our continued move upmarket, our enterprise customers and their products make a real dent in the world.

If you’re passionate about well-made digital products, keep the customer front-and-center, and can appreciate the challenge of designing products for scale, at scale, keep reading.

We’re looking for a seasoned Principal Product Designer to look broadly across our product with a decisive and fast-moving mindset to enable swift delivery of value into the hands of our customers.

Do you get excited about setting direction, turning product strategy into tangible actions, and influencing what gets shipped to learn and iterate more effectively? Can you translate this into purposeful direction and coaching to empower designers on product teams, helping the whole organization move faster?

With 6,000 customers, 90,000 monthly active users, and customers like Zoom, Microsoft, and UiPath, you’ll impact a large, growing, and engaged user base.

What the team’s like

The design team’s goal is to make it exceptionally easy for customers to discover, engage with, and benefit from our products.

You will become an integral part of our product organization's seasoned leadership, collaborating with a team of expert product designers across geos all united by a shared mission: to delight the customer, and to keep getting better at their craft. We are eager for you to build upon this foundation

As a team of seasoned experience-builders, we know that the more engaged our people are, the better our work will be. Ours is a genuine, collaborative atmosphere where you can positively influence and self-realize.

You’ll be joining a company built by missionaries, where great work gets rewarded, and you’ll be able to do some of your best work here. Does it sound like something you’d enjoy? Let us know!

Your weekly snapshot
  • Strategize with the design team and contribute to product vision and objectives. React quickly to emerging situations to keep the product work moving.
  • Drive holistic user experiences by collaborating closely with design, product, analytics, marketing, sales, and engineering teams. Design, prototype, and iterate on intuitive solutions and interactions that effectively address customer needs.
  • Mentor and guide senior and staff designers, creating a culture of growth towards excellence.
  • Join and lead design critiques, workshops, and product discussions to inform or make decisions, and embrace pair-designing for ideation, review, and improvement.
  • Represent critical parts of the design work upwards and across the company.
What you’re like
  • You’ve worked as an advanced design individual contributor in a complex space before, and you can deliver lean, compelling work and bring others along for the journey.
  • You don’t hesitate to own and drive projects, get stuff done, and improve ways of working. You empower others to do the work, giving them your methods and intuitions, but you can also lean in as needed.
  • You can sense what the business is trying to achieve and adapt your approach in response to evolving strategy, emerging insights, customer feedback, and market dynamics.
  • When making design decisions, you balance intuition from years of experience with strategy, evidence, and measurement.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively and can confidently work with cross-functional and cross-departmental stakeholders. Your Slack and Zoom styles are as strong as your in-person comms.
  • You build relationships quickly, seek feedback to grow, and, in turn, give feedback with candor and empathy.
  • You’ve experienced a B2B SaaS organization serving enterprise customers, one with a mature product design practice.
