Job summary

NEVER.NO UK LTD in Manchester is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end experiences of our live broadcast and streaming tools. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, design, and engineering to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces for broadcasters and fans.

Bring a strong portfolio across UX and UI, with proficiency in Figma and a passion for live media. You’ll shape products from discovery to build-ready prototypes and help evolve our design system.

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital products across UX and UI.
• Portfolio with end-to-end product thinking.
• Experience with workflow-heavy, operational or SaaS products.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and product managers.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences, from user journeys and wireframes through to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
• Own the design of our operational platform, creating intuitive workflows that help customers organise, schedule, and manage live broadcast graphics.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape requirements, validate ideas and ensure designs are practical to build.
• Contribute to consumer-facing second-screen experiences, including live voting, predictions and interactive fan engagement products.
• Help evolve our design system and maintain consistency across our product suite.
• Champion usability, accessibility, and thoughtful interaction design throughout the product development lifecycle.
