Job summary

NexGen Cloud is seeking a Product Designer for HyperStack to own and craft the first UX language for a high‑growth AI infrastructure product. You’ll translate product input into actionable journeys and autonomously research user flows to identify gaps, shaping the design function from the ground up.

In this role you’ll own core journeys, from onboarding to Kubernetes workflows, and collaborate directly with product strategy for immediate impact and strategic influence within a fast-moving,

Qualifications

• Shipped UX/interaction design for a technical, developer-facing product.
• Ability to translate inputs from Product Lead into clear workflows without a large design team.
• Independent user research to map journeys and find UX gaps.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and a flat reporting line with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own UX and interaction design across Hyperstack core journeys, including onboarding and activation.
• Translate technical requirements into clear workflows from raw input.
• Research and map user journeys using feedback to identify experience gaps.
• Close the gap between current and desired product experience, from research to shipped design.
• Build NexGen Cloud's first product design function with influence over strategy.
