The International Team in Coinbase is tasked with expanding the presence and reach of Coinbase products to countries across the globe. The team has supported various initiatives in countries like Australia, India, Singapore, and Brazil, with more to come. As a close partner to Product and Engineering, the Coinbase Design team plays a critical role in executing the company vision. We tackle complex user experience problems to deliver delightful and easy-to-use products from technical challenges. You'll help design our flagship products for the largest user base in crypto and define user experiences for entirely new features.

You’ll design the following as part of your role:

1. Product Improvements - Improving our product to make it the easiest to use in each market, focusing on:

• Localization - Ensuring correct translations and cultural relevance, making products feel local.
• Onboarding - Collaborating with the onboarding team to provide compliant, user-friendly experiences tailored to each country.
• Payments - Working with payments and country pods to implement relevant and preferred payment options.
• New Products - Ideating and building new features to meet local user needs.

1. Marketing - Developing incentive campaigns (referrals, user incentives) and CRM strategies, working closely with illustrators as needed.
2. Market Research / Analysis - Assisting in competitive analysis, user testing, research sessions, and understanding Coinbase metrics in the region.
3. Legal / Regulatory - Supporting the development of compliant yet engaging user experiences, adapting quickly to regulatory changes.

Job duties include:

• Executing and helping define product strategy
