Title: Product Designer

Department: Design, cross-functional with Product and Engineering

Day Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

Contract: Three months, immediate start preferred

Mission: Elevate later life for everybody and build the care sector of the future.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Product Designer to join us for three months and own the redesign of the billing module in Found, our SaaS platform for care providers.

You’ll work directly with product, engineers, and subject matter experts to reimagine how providers handle billing and payments — making workflows simpler, faster, and more intuitive so providers can spend less time on admin and more time on residents.

This is a specialist IC role: you’ll bring deep product design expertise and the ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready design quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partnering closely with product, engineers, and subject matter experts to deeply understand provider workflows and billing pain points.
  • Leading user research, mapping journeys, and making sense of complexity to design simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Turning insights into clear wireframes, flows, prototypes and final designs that bring confidence to both stakeholders and users.
  • Collaborating with Engineering throughout delivery to ensure solutions are practical, high-quality, and true to the design intent.
  • Applying and extending our design system where it helps, while flexing when unique solutions are needed.
We think you’ll be a great fit if…
  • You’re an experienced product designer with a strong track record in SaaS or complex workflow design.
  • You excel at turning complexity into clarity — designing flows that make hard problems simple.
  • You’re confident leading user research and using insights to shape practical solutions.
  • You move fast: comfortable working independently, making decisions, and shipping designs without heavy process.
  • You collaborate naturally and can bring people with you through your design thinking.
  • You have solid visual design skills, but your superpower is UX and problem-solving.
This contract isn’t for you if…
  • You’re looking to focus on marketing visuals or landing pages — this role is about workflow UX and solving complex problems.
  • You’re uncomfortable engaging deeply with partners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to shape solutions.
  • You’re not at ease working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
