Product Designer – Inside IR35

Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Product Designer to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 12 months with a view to extend.

Please note the role is Inside IR35. Ideally, you will be on-site twice per week in Oxford; however, this is open to negotiation.

Product Designer – Key Skills:

1. Soft skills: Great attention to detail, effective and considered communicator, resilience, solid stakeholder management capabilities.
2. Output quality skills: Overseeing quality and consistency of work, understanding project requirements at strategic and tactical levels.
3. Project delivery skills: Defining project scope, outcomes, and deliverables; working at various velocities; prioritising work based on learnings and shifts in priority.
4. Product design skills: Aligning user needs with business goals, setting UX product and service success metrics, producing customer journey maps, writing problem statements, creating job stories, crafting workflows.
5. UX research skills: Creating research plans, choosing appropriate research methods, conducting rapid feedback cycles or broader research for insights.
6. Visual design skills: Supporting design systems, adhering to accessibility standards, following visual design guidelines.
