Job summary

SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™ is seeking a Product Designer to turn ideas into intuitive user experiences for an AI-focused product. This hands-on role covers discovery to delivery and collaborates with engineers and product teams across web apps and internal systems.

The position is 4 days per week on-site in Bristol, offering the chance to shape a high-impact product and work with modern AI-driven design tools to speed research, prototyping and iteration.

We're working with a fast-growing tech company that's developing an innovative AI product designed to help businesses work smarter through intelligent automation. As they continue to expand, they're looking for a Product Designer to help shape the user experience of a product that's already making a real impact.

The role:

This is a hands-on role where you'll own design challenges from discovery through to delivery, working closely with engineers and product teams to create intuitive user experiences across web applications and internal systems.

You’ll have the freedom to tackle ambiguous problems, influence product direction, and design solutions that balance user needs with technical realities. The team embraces AI as part of the design process, so you'll have the opportunity to use modern AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping and iteration while applying your own judgement to deliver exceptional experiences.

What we are looking for:

• 3 years' commercial Product Design experience;

Exposure to AI tools in your design workflow or an interest in AI-driven products would be highly beneficial.
