Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product's direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces for both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Must have demonstrable examples of mobile products, portals, or websites.

Requirements and skills

• Experience in designing and prototyping engaging user interfaces for mobile and desktop platforms.
• Must have demonstrable examples of mobile products, portals, or websites.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present and sell your designs to stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS is a plus.

Product Designer responsibilities include:

• Driving design excellence throughout the organization.
• Becoming an advocate and ambassador for UX processes and outputs.
• Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualizing original ideas that enhance user-friendliness.
• Working with engineering to understand limitations and implications, balancing innovation with commercial realism.
