As we enter a new phase of rapid global growth, we are seeking a highly autonomous and self-motivated Product Designer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be our sole designer, taking full ownership of the user experience and interface of our core platform. You won’t just be executing on a roadmap—you'll be shaping our design function from the ground up, bringing your expert voice to the table as a true partner to our Product and Engineering teams.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role for someone ready to flourish in an environment with high ownership and limited design-specific mentorship. As our team grows, so will you.

What you’ll do

• Own the full design process from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.You'llwork closely with product managers, engineers, and our in-house ecology experts through workshops, stand-ups, and daily collaboration.
• Design impactful features that provide C-suite and field operators with actionable insights and efficient workflows, directly influencing their understanding and management of nature-related risks.
• Create intuitive and elegant data visualisations that make complex environmental insights simple and actionable.You'llbe the expert who pushes us to make our data more intuitive.
• Design self-serve tools and workflows that empower both corporate and site-level users to interrogate data and draw specific insights using interfaces driven by Natural Language Processing and AI.
• Lead the evolution of our design system, ensuring a seamless handoff to our front-end engineering team and building a scalable, maintainable design library.
• Participate in customer research conversations, asking the right questions to uncover critical UX and UI insights that inform our product strategy.

About you

What you'll bring

• You'rean experienced Product Designer with a strong portfolioshowcasingyour work on B2B SaaS platforms.
• You have a proventrack recordof designing and delivering complex data dashboards and insights visualisations.
• You are a master of Figma and have hands-on experience owning and evolving a design system.
• You'rea self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment and can confidently take ownership of a product's design function.
• You'rea confident collaborator who can hold their own in conversations with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts while being flexible enough to balance desirability with technical feasibility.

While not essential, the following experience would be advantageous:

• Experience with product design and user research in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience with the latest in AI design and prototyping tools to streamline design processes and allow you to focus your time on the most strategic work.
• Previousexperience designing for enterprise software.
