  • Present design concepts and articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with the User Researcher to gather and analyze user feedback, conducting usability testing to inform and iterate on designs.
  • Create intuitive, human-centered designs that simplify complex problems for end-users.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices in UX/UI.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in design practices.

  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, with the ability to apply them to a wide range of industries and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals to create effective design solutions.
  • A passion for solving complex design challenges and creating impactful user experiences.
