Job RequirementsWe are looking for someone who is/has:

Passionate about solving problems.
Self-motivated and organized.
Commercially minded.
Proven experience designing new product and seeing these through to launch.
Proven experience enhancing live products for optimal user experience.
Experience designing for a B2B Saas platform.
Comfortable working at both high level and granular detailed level.

You are proficient in delivering:

Prototypes
Wireframes
Mockups
High-fidelity designs
User Journey Maps
User testing
Expert in Figma and proficient working knowledge of Jira/Confluence

Job ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:

Translating the goal of the product into a functional and beautiful user experience; both new products/features and enhancing existing product features.
Remaining up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and consumer preferences and using these to inform our design decisions.
Validating and iterating on designs using customer and stakeholder feedback.
Working closely with Product Owners/ Managers, and Engineering team, to ensure the design is achievable and considers functional and non-functional requirements.
Using data to inform decision making.
Ensuring the user experience is intuitive and reduces points of friction for customers and consumers.
Taking accountability for maintaining the design system and ensuring consistency and coherence across the entire product.
Present product design ideas to leadership and external partners and take direction whenever necessary.
