Pivotal Partners is seeking a Product Designer to join their London team, working on an AI workspace that automates complex consulting tasks from research to document creation. You will be part of a small team where design directly shapes the product and workflows.

The role emphasizes shipping features, maintaining a cohesive design system, and collaborating with Engineering to bring concepts to life, all while prioritizing usability and consistency.

Qualifications

• Shipped web applications with a strong visual polish.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Proficient in TypeScript and React for prototyping and implementing designs.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Based in London and comfortable working on-site in Hoxton five days a week.

Most consultants spend hours switching between spreadsheets, documents and tools - this company is building an AI workspace to automate complex consulting work, from research and analysis to document creation.

Already working with all four Big Four consultancies and leading private equity firms, they're growing quickly and looking for a Product Designer to join their London team.

You'll join a small team where design has a direct impact on the product, shaping how users interact with AI and manage complex workflows.

What you'll do:

• Design and ship product features from concept through to launch.
• Set a high standard for visual design, usability and consistency.
• Work closely with Engineering to bring designs to life and improve the product.
• Build and maintain the design system, using customer feedback to guide decisions.
• Contribute to implementation, onboarding and customer-facing materials where needed.

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong visual design skills and a portfolio showcasing shipped web applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript and React, with the ability to prototype and implement designs.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Based in London and comfortable working on-site in Hoxton five days a week.
