Job summary

Theodo UK is seeking its first Senior Product Designer in the UK to build design capability, work hands-on on digital products, and help shape how design evolves within the business.

You will partner with leadership, product and engineering teams to solve UX and UI challenges, run discovery workshops, translate business problems into user‑centred experiences, and contribute to pitches and client conversations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of product, UX, or enterprise software design experience.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments.
• You enjoy fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly and where people are encouraged to contribute beyond their immediate role.
• You are excited by the idea of joining a company where design is still growing and where you can have real impact.
• Experience designing complex workflow-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Help teams make better product decisions
• You’ll also help improve how design is embedded within Theodo UK itself.
• As our first UK-based Senior Product Designer, you’ll help raise the quality and consistency of design across projects, contribute to sales conversations, and help shape the future of design within the business.

Theodo UK builds digital products with cross-functional teams of engineers and product managers embedded directly with clients. Until now, design support mostly came from other entities in the Theodo group. As our UK projects grow in complexity and ambition, we want to build stronger design capability locally. And for that, we are looking for our first Senior Product Designer in the UK. Someone hands-on enough to solve real product problems day-to-day, but also able to help shape how design evolves inside the business.
