A forward-thinking digital health organisation is on a mission to transform how care is delivered in the UK. Their flagship product is already improving outcomes in care settings and now, they’re looking for a Product Designer to help take their platform to the next level.

As a Product Designer, you’ll design intuitive, inclusive digital experiences that empower care professionals and support the delivery of person-centred care. You’ll work from discovery to delivery conducting in-depth user research, contributing to a scalable design system, and collaborating across product, engineering, and clinical teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading user-centred design initiatives across the full product lifecycle
  • Conducting research in real-world care settings to generate actionable insights
  • Designing accessible, inclusive experiences for users with varying digital skills
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to align design with business and user needs
  • Evolving the design system to ensure high-quality, consistent UX/UI

About You:

  • Strong user research and design skills across systems and services
  • Experience designing for diverse, non-technical user groups
  • Confident using tools like Figma for prototyping and design specs
  • Skilled communicator with experience working in agile teams
  • Background in healthcare, social care, or similarly complex domains is a plus
