Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc in London is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design and development of fashion product ranges, turning insights into commercially successful collections across multiple brands.

You will research seasonal trends, present concepts to clients, manage development timelines, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with sales, sourcing, and technical teams to deliver creative and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in product design or development, preferably in fashion hosiery.
• Strong trend awareness and commercial understanding.
• Experience leading projects from concept to production.

Working across a diverse portfolio, you'll be responsible for driving product development from concept through to customer presentation, collaborating closely with sales, sourcing, technical and development teams.

What you’ll be doing
