Redgate is seeking a designer to join the Flyway team in Cambridge. You will collaborate with a technical lead, product manager and engineers to deliver production-ready design solutions for a complex database-change product.
You will run end-to-end design from exploration through testing, inform decisions with qualitative and quantitative research, and contribute to a shared UI component library. A strong portfolio and cross-functional experience are essential.

You'll join the team behind Flyway, Redgate's database change management product, working alongside a technical lead, product manager and five software engineers, with support from a Lead Product Designer. This is a hands-on role covering everything from early exploration through to shipped, production-ready solutions.
Salary range: £40,000 to £55,000 + benefits
