Redgate Software in Cambridge is seeking a Lead Product Designer to strengthen user-centered design for Flyway, working with a technical lead, product manager and five engineers, supported by a Lead Product Designer.
This hands-on role covers end-to-end design from prototyping to production, with research-driven decisions, and mentoring of junior designers. You’ll contribute to Honeycomb and help shape complex workflows for DBAs and DevOps teams.

This is a hands-on role covering everything from early exploration through to shipped, production-ready solutions.
Salary range: £40,000 to £55,000 + benefits
