The Job:

Job Title: Product Designer
Industry: Digital Agency
Working Set-Up: Hybrid (office required 2-3 times per month)
Location: Candidates should live within 2 hours of Brighton
Salary: £45,000-£60,000 depending on experience
Interview process: 3 stages

The Role

We have partnered with a key Digital Agency client to help them hire a Product Designer for their growing creative team. This is a Senior role, where you will lead the design direction of key projects, working on client products and services by solving complex problems considering user needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements.

You will contribute significantly to the growth of the design team by guiding mid-level designers, refining processes, and helping to maintain and scale their design systems. Additionally, you'll play an influential role in shaping the team's strategy.

This position is ideal for a seasoned Product Designer experienced in agency environments working on large-scale projects.

The Person

• 5+ years of experience in design, with exposure to UX, information architecture, and interaction design; strong skills in prototyping and iterative development are required
• Experience leading workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design system components, responsive design, and prototyping
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (desirable)
• Experience or familiarity with the healthcare industry (or other highly regulated industries) (desirable)
• Line management experience (desirable)
