Product Design Teacher / Product Design ECT

This Ofsted 'Outstanding' school based in the heart of Ealing, London is on the hunt for a Product Design Teacher to start in Sept 2025 on a permanent contract.

The school is well known for its commitment to creativity, offering a range of programs in music, art, and technology to its students. This has seen a huge rise in uptake of creative subjects at the school, achieving some of the best results in the borough!

As a result of a drive in raising teacher wellbeing that started in 2022, the staff retention rate has become one of the highest in the borough. Product Design Teacher / Product Design ECT - Job Description:

• MPS1-UPS3 + TLR
• Product Design Teacher / Product Design ECT
• Delivering lessons to KS3 and KS4 students in product design.
• Creating engaging and inspiring lesson plans that communicate a clear set of learning objectives.
• Developing the student's subject knowledge and understanding of key concepts through using a range of teaching strategies.
• Providing constructive feedback and assessment to students on their progress.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop the subject curriculum and resources.

• Hold a relevant degree.
