You will lead the design of intuitive and impactful learning experiences while mentoring a talented team to create transformative designs. Interest
At MindGym, you’ll shape the future of Learning & Development (L&D). You’ll work on behavioral diagnostics, engaging microsites, and live instructor-led training—both virtual and in-person. You'll also bring emerging tools like AI, gamification, and adaptive learning into the mix to reimagine what impactful learning looks like.

As a manager and strategic thinker, you’ll lead and mentor a talented team of designers and artworkers, ensuring everything we create is not just beautiful—but purposeful and built to scale. You’ll collaborate closely with behavioral scientists, instructional designers, and engineers to craft experiences that feel effortless and stick deeply. You’ll thrive here if:
You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
You’ve led digital design projects at scale
You have a deep understanding of UX, service design, and design thinking
You love working across disciplines and speaking the language of both creatives and stakeholders

Design functional, scalable, and visually compelling learning products across digital and print
Lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Champion design quality, usability, accessibility, and scalability across platforms
Oversee project management, timelines, and team resourcing
Guide and mentor designers to meet MindGym’s quality standards
Constantly evolve our design approach in response to user, client, and market feedback
