You will lead a team of 4 to 6 Product Designers, coaching them, mentoring them and providing them with the direction and thought leadership needed to create extraordinary experiences. You will also partner with senior leadership to drive the strategy and execution for your domain and pro-actively sets long-term targets and goals alongside your peers in Product and Engineering.
Working in the design organisation, we have designers in key senior leadership positions and therefore you will always have support pushing for strategical initiatives across the business.
We are spread across both the B2C and B2B sides of the business, providing an end-to-end experience, for both candidates and recruiters alike.
