Creation Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Design Manager to lead and elevate Product Design across a growing B2C eCommerce business.

You’ll oversee a team of four Product Designers and drive quality across UX, interaction and visual design, while positioning Design as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering. This leadership role requires someone who can elevate designers, exhibit strong product design judgement, and challenge teams to deliver better work, shaping the next stage of the Design

We’re looking for an exceptional Design Manager to lead and elevate Product Design across a growing B2C eCommerce business

You’ll lead a team of four experienced Product Designers and play a key role in raising the quality bar across UX, interaction and visual design, while establishing Design as an equal strategic partner to Product and Engineering.

This is a leadership role for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from helping talented designers become exceptional-someone with outstanding product design judgement, strong craft credibility and the confidence to challenge teams to produce better work.
