Condé Nast seeks a senior Product Design Lead for Vogue’s digital experience in London. You will shape visual quality, systems thinking, and reader-centric design at scale. You’ll work with product, editorial, and engineering to translate insights into bold, brand-aligned interfaces.

You’ll apply AI-assisted methods, maintain design tokens, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver measurable improvements for millions of readers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Editorial design and storytelling experience in digital publishing or media.
• Experience refining design systems and using design tokens.
• Fluency with Figma and GitHub; collaboration with editors and engineers.
• Ability to reason with data, UX research, and AI-assisted methods.
• 5+ years in product or editorial design roles.

Responsibilities

• Elevate Vogue’s digital visual quality across layouts, typography, and details.
• Interrogate briefs, identify gaps, and propose higher ambition design solutions.
• Design within and beyond systems, creating distinctive moments for the brand.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design intent is realized.
• Leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping and exploration.
