Job summary

AWD online is seeking a Product Design Engineer to join a technical team developing window and door systems for the construction sector, applying CAD design and product development skills.

You will work with sales, manufacturing, development teams across the UK and Europe to extend and refine products, while ensuring ISO 9001/ISO 14001 compliance and sustainable design.

This full-time, permanent role may require travel at short notice and supports ambitious project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing products to extend and refine the range.
• Use CAD/3D modelling to support design and engineering development.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, development, customers and suppliers.
• Ensure product applications meet quality and environmental standards.
• Support international collaboration with teams in the UK and Europe.
