Product Delivery Manager, Broad knowledge of the energy retail market required , Home Based, £ 55000 - 65000 + benefits

Energy retail domain knowledge is mandatory for this role and excellent communication and facilitation skills. In this position you are not personally responsible for delivery but you facilitate and communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Market leading energy SAAS product company is looking for a Client facing Delivery Manager to join their team. With a broad understanding of product management, project management, the software development lifecycle and client focused delivery you will work with multiple stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of projects. Knowledge of stakeholder management and the SDLC is key and previous experience working in the energy sector is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Work internally and externally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Facilitate multiple stakeholders to ensure the required software solution is delivered as per the requirement and the product roadmap.
  • Setting expectations and managing stakeholders.
  • Define the customer experience and enhance the customer journey.
  • Provide support, coaching and direction to the team as required.

Key Skills Required -

  • Broad experience of the retail energy market.
  • Proven ability to work across the business with multiple stakeholders.
  • An understanding of Product management, project management, the SDLC, etc

This is a key role for an expanding software house in the energy sector. if you have broad project management, product management, software knowledge, delivery skills and knowledge of the energy sector please send you CV for a full brief and confidential chat.
