Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in requirements engineering, systems engineering, or product definition; preferably in medical devices/diagnostics.
• Proven leadership capabilities with collaborative problem-solving across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Systems and Requirements Engineers, Domain Business Analysts, and supporting functions.
• Oversee and lead product definition for technically complex point-of-care systems.
• Drive requirements engineering, elicitation, and thorough evaluations to ensure complete system requirements.
• Support engineering with technical issue identification and rapid resolution.
• Organize and facilitate project workshops to align global teams and accelerate workflows.
• Apply advanced problem-solving methodologies to resolve critical issues in global projects.
