Job summary

NR Associates Ltd. in Deeside is seeking a Product Data Executive to join the Marketing - Product Data Team. You will play a central role in how our products are presented across internal systems, websites and customer-facing platforms, supporting product launches and campaigns.

You will work closely with Product, Buying, Marketing, Ecommerce, IT and Customer Service to ensure product data is accurate, complete and ready for use across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in product data, PIM or ecommerce roles.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel and large data sets.
• Strong communication with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Create and update product records across PIM, ERP, and ecommerce.
• Manage attributes, pricing, and digital assets.
• Check data accuracy and completeness.
• Support new product setup and launches.
• Gather product information from suppliers and stakeholders.
• Assist with website updates and campaigns.
• Produce reports on data quality.
• Assist with data imports, exports, migrations.
• Liaise with teams and suppliers to resolve queries.
• Manage digital assets including imagery.
