Job summary

Entech Technical Solutions Limited in Clevedon is seeking an experienced Product Data Management Technician to act as the SAP SME for PDM. You will support Engineering with SAP queries, BOMs, product structures, routings and documentation, while driving process improvements across global teams.

You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and other departments to ensure data integrity and proper SAP-based workflows, while training new engineers in SAP usage and PDM best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP knowledge ideally within PDM or manufacturing.
• Experience with BOMs and product data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data handling.
• Ability to manage a high volume of data accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and convert Bills of Materials.
• Manage product structures, routings, documentation and revision control.
• Investigate data issues, identify root causes and implement practical solutions.

• Train and support new Engineering starters on SAP.
• Ensure product data is accurate and correctly structured with Engineering and Manufacturing.

Job description

Location: Clevedon - Onsite

Salary: Up to £52,000

We are looking for an experienced Product Data Management Technician to join a specialist manufacturing company based in Clevedon.

As PDM Technician, you will be SAP subject matter expert for Product Data Management, supporting Engineering with complex SAP queries, Bills of Materials, product structures, routings and documentation.

You'll also be improving SAP processes and work closely with Global SAP Teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
