JOB TITLE: Product Data Coordinator

Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a
Product Database Coordinator to take ownership of our product data and ensure its accuracy across all business systems.
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining high-quality source data, identifying and resolving data integrity issues, and implementing best practices in data management. While you may support the development of dashboards and reports, your main focus will be building and maintaining strong data foundations that enable reliable, actionable insights across the business.

Some Of Your Responsibilities
- Setting up new digital product codes on the system, ensuring high attention to detail on all product specifications.
- Maintain and update the product database with accurate and complete product information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and category codes
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate product launches
- Collaborating with the Data & Reporting team to identify and resolve data integrity issues, ensuring source data remains reliable for downstream use
- Building data sets from the current system and entering them into the CRM system
- Audit and clean existing product data to ensure consistency and compliance with internal standards and external requirements
- Manage product lifecycle data, including new product setup, updates, and discontinued items
- Upload and manage product content across ERP and CRM platforms
- Trouble-shooting incorrect data entry to ensure report sources are as accurate as possible
- Support reporting needs and analytics related to product data
- Maintain documentation for data entry processes and database procedures
- Promoting and upholding best practices in data management to support long-term data quality and effective reporting across the organisation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing data workflows and recommending enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- Proven experience working within a production or manufacturing business
- Proficient in Excel (Intermediate/Advanced user), with strong skills in data validation, transformation, and troubleshooting
- Experience using MRP/CRM systems. Ideally Microsoft Dynamics but not essential.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, with the ability to support wider data-related tasks across applications
- Proven experience in a data entry, product database, or similar administrative role
- Skilled in identifying and resolving incorrect or inconsistent data to uphold the integrity of source systems
- Strong ability to interpret numerical data and ensure it is accurately structured for use in dashboards and user-facing outputs
- Demonstrated experience working with data from multiple sources, with a focus on ensuring consistency and traceability across systems
- Good understanding of database structures, data mapping, and interface linkages to support robust data foundations
- Proven ability to maintain and improve data accuracy through careful data mapping and integrity checks
- Excellent analytical and data visualisation skills, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail, especially in identifying and resolving data quality issues
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data issues and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
