Muzz is hiring a Product Data Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Aldgate, London. The role sits in the Product/Engineering Data Science team and offers hybrid work with 3 days on-site per week.

You will analyze user behavior, build KPI dashboards, and support data-driven product decisions during a maternity cover period. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour and engagement patterns to generate product and marketing insights.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards enabling self-service analytics for business stakeholders.
• Support the full product development lifecycle: opportunity assessment, strategy, feature analysis, and experimentation.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers on data-driven product decisions.
• Design and execute A/B experiments to validate hypotheses.
• Train business users on BI tooling and analytics practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data model design for scalability and cross-functional relevance.
