As an Analyst in the Connectivity product vertical, you’ll analyze product performance, uncover growth opportunities, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to turn insights into action. This role reports to the Connectivity & Deel IT Analytics Manager and supports strategic initiatives across the product organization.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Operations, and Dev teams to create actionable insights.
2. Monitor product and feature release performance, define success metrics, and recommend optimizations.
3. Develop domain knowledge in your product areas to derive meaningful insights that inform strategy.
4. Analyze market data, customer behavior, and trends.
5. Design and evaluate A/B tests to improve customer journeys.
6. Create self-service analytics infrastructure for your product areas.
7. Develop dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making.
8. Explore large datasets to generate actionable insights.
9. Build data models in dbt with support from Analytics Engineers for clean data structures and KPIs.
10. Adopt new technologies based on extensive experience.
11. Share knowledge and mentor fellow product analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a product analytics team.
• Experience with BI tools (preferably Looker), SQL, and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Heap, Amplitude).
• Solid experience with Data Modelling (DBT).
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with stakeholders of varying seniority.
• Experience with Snowflake and LookML is a plus.
