A leading automotive distributor in Maidstone is seeking a dynamic Product Data Analyst to support their Category & Brand Development Department. This role involves managing data for product and range development, ensuring precise analysis and team collaboration. We are delighted to offer the role of “Product Data Analyst” within the fast paced Category & Brand Development Department, at our site in Marden, Kent.
Data Analysis within the Category & Brand Development team is an important step in our process to better understand market requirements worldwide, and, will directly help to shape the different bilstein group brands, immediate ranges and future strategies.
We are looking for a dynamic, driven and adaptable individual whose main contribution will be to tackle the data arriving from our web catalogue and, with specific focus, the requests provided to us through our Future Article Notification System.
The main duties of the role include:
- Responsible for the collation, organisation and reporting of data, and information, related to product and range development, to ensure precise analysis can be conducted and conclusions drawn by the wider team.
- Regular maintenance and updating of project progress and development tracking tools, supporting the advancement of key departmental and company projects.
- Management of resulting workflow streams via with close communication to other Category & Brand Development team members, and departments around the business.
- Communication of appropriate feedback direct to internal colleagues or end users as necessary.
- Assist the wider Category & Brand Development team members with analysis of data sets and providing information to allow them to best understand and communicate their topics.
Product Data Analyst Qualities:
- This is a role of continual development so the willingness to learn is crucial.
- Comfortable working on solo projects but also fits into a tight team dynamic.
- Has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills that would fit the business.
- GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above.
