Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Administrator to support our clients retail and wholesale operations. In this varied role, you’ll manage stock replenishment, pricing updates, promotions, and maintain accurate EAN data. You’ll also act as the main point of contact for store managers and key accounts. On the wholesale side, you’ll assist with seasonal planning, track sales performance, and use the Blu Jay system to assist with stock management.

Hourly Rate: The salary is negotiable between £28,000 – £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Fridays.

Experience & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in key account management, preferably across both retail and wholesale sectors. They will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office is essential. A valid driver’s license and access to your own transport are also required due to the location of this position.
