As a Product & Customer Insights Manager, you will be responsible for delivering studies that provide up-to-date insights on marketplace trends and competitive forces by researching and analyzing financial and other business performance data. This role offers a dynamic, innovative, and fast-paced environment to build your skills and address new challenges.
The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding the competitive landscape, analyzing corporate performance, and collaborating across teams to drive change. You should have a strong foundation in financial analysis, the ability to analyze complex data, and a focus on deriving actionable insights. You will lead competitive intelligence reporting and financial analysis to identify potential business, operational, and technical opportunities that impact performance. Our team develops products, services, and data-driven solutions across Amazon’s business spectrum, working backwards from customer needs using diverse technical and non-technical methods. We are a global, diverse team including Product Managers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and more.
