Job summary

Recann is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Discovery), known internally as Product Creator - Fitness Tech, to lead problem discovery with customers and turn insights into high-fidelity prototypes for the engineering team.

This early-stage role focuses on finding the right problems, leveraging AI tools, and collaborating closely with customers, design, and engineering across gym and wellness partners. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

Qualifications

• Proven senior product experience with a focus on discovery.
• Hands-on use of AI for research and prototyping.
• Able to speak with customers directly and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with customers to identify critical problems.
• Prioritize work based on evidence rather than opinion.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes that guide engineering.
• Test ideas quickly and discard those not supported by data.
• Track outcome metrics to verify impact.
• Handle multiple accounts across clients to maximize reuse.
• Discuss revenue, cost, and risk with the business.
