• Work Mode: Hybrid (office 2 days/week), remote, and client sites across the UK

Role Overview

We seek a Product Consultant to implement and support our mortgage and savings solutions from pre-sales to go-live and beyond, ensuring clients maximize functionality and efficiency. The role involves understanding client business processes, refining requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Subject Matter Expert in SBS products, recommending solutions within your discipline
2. Understand client needs and assist within the project scope, defining configuration requirements
3. Implement software configurations aligned with client requirements, collaborating with colleagues and development teams
4. Consult on data models, perform field mapping for integrations and APIs
5. Follow consultancy methodology to ensure consistency and traceability
6. Share product knowledge and best practices through knowledge transfer to clients and colleagues

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Experience in software solutions provision or implementation, preferably within Financial Services
• Experience with large-scale data and system migrations
• Client-facing experience, including workshops and demonstrations
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (Oracle is a plus)
• Understanding of APIs, Web services, and Cloud technologies

Preferred:

• Knowledge of UK mortgage and savings operations, including regulation and industry best practices
