Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right car based on their needs.
• Deliver outstanding, 5-star service to every customer.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through the sales process.
• Sell the right sales package for the customer, including finance and servicing.
• Coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries and keep things running smoothly.
• Meet monthly sales and customer experience targets.
• Work with the team to meet deadlines and keep promises.
• Stay in touch with customers for great aftersales experiences.
