The role

The Consumer PMI Product Team is responsible for managing the front and back book consumer PMI product portfolio, making sure our products provide value to both new and existing customers.

You’ll focus on supporting the Product Manager in the management, development, and continuous improvement of the Consumer PMI portfolio.

You’ll help us to make health happen by

  • Supporting the Consumer PMI product team to manage a range of Consumer PMI products to support the business in its growth plans.
  • Analysing product, market and risk data as well as internal performance information to inform business decisions,
  • Manage product governance activities including monthly and annual product reviews.
  • Measure and monitor performance and implement appropriate remedial action.
  • Supporting the development, approval and implementation of initiatives, with a clear rationale for each change.
  • Helping to enhance customer value and the customer experience via product and process changes.
  • Identifying, managing and reporting incidents and risks, ensuring all regulatory obligations are met.
  • Analysing product, market and risk data as well as internal performance information to inform business decisions.
  • Working with a diverse set of stakeholders to develop and deliver initiatives at pace.
  • Supporting other team colleagues in achieving the overall objectives of the team.
