Job summary

Fashion Personnel recruits for a Product Compliance & Sustainability Coordinator to join an established fashion retailer, supporting product compliance, ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives.

You will work with garment technology and production teams to ensure UK/EU regulatory requirements are met across products, packaging and suppliers.

This role focuses on monitoring compliance, maintaining certifications, coordinating audits, and driving responsible sourcing across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in product compliance or sustainability in fashion/retail.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with REACH, EPR and packaging compliance.
• Experience working with suppliers and maintaining technical docs.
• Excellent Excel skills and meticulous organization.
• Clear communicator with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Working with suppliers to ensure materials and products meet required standards.
• Monitoring changes in legislation and supporting the implementation of new compliance processes.
• Collaborating with garment technology, buying and production teams to improve compliance and sustainability practices.
