Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a chemical discipline (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / QA / QA Management).
• Proven regulatory compliance experience for chemical products incl. REACH and CLP."
• Experience creating safety data sheets for formulated chemical mixtures.

Responsibilities

• Own and monitor product regulatory compliance and evidence compliance to external parties.
• Advise on product-related activities including sourcing, development, packaging, labeling, and marketing.
• Horizon scan for regulatory changes and create action plans.
• Assist with domestic and European product registrations and SDS software setup.
