Qualifications

  • Experience within the Timber Industry is highly desirable but not essential.

We are seeking an experienced engineer to support the development, compliance, and testing of construction products. This role involves working closely with software development teams, managing structural testing programmes, and representing the company on technical committees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring product compliance with UK and European codes and regulations
  • Specifying and testing engineering software features
  • Designing and overseeing structural, fire, and acoustic testing
  • Supporting internal teams and external clients with technical queries
  • Participating in industry standards and trade association committees

Requirements:

  • Degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering
