What you'll be doing:

  • This role is for someone passionate about improving communication with our customers across various formats, creating engaging, simple, and interesting content.
  • You will produce documentation such as user guides, reference materials, letters, emails, and more.
  • Your work will be varied, requiring you to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • You will collaborate with Marketing and Product Managers to align content with customer journeys.
  • Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand copy for diverse audiences.
  • Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation, challenging the status quo.
  • Ensure operations staff have accurate, up-to-date content for customer interactions across channels.
