About Our Client

This opportunity is with a well-established, medium-sized organisation based in Sheffield. The company is renowned for its focus on delivering quality womenswear products and maintaining a strong presence in the fashion sector.

Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Product, this role will work closely with the Design, Development, and Production teams to support them and the growth of our product categories. The Product Line Manager will coordinate the key communication checkpoints of the product process, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and product needs.



Collaboration & Communication: Act as the central point of contact between design, development, content, and wholesale teams, ensuring clear communication of key information. Regular presentation of technical product information, along with creative message and key data points. Provide clear briefs, updates, and timelines to all stakeholders



Pricing & Go to Market Calendar: Work closely with teams to manage margin and pricing structures meet the business and category goals. Assist the development and merchandising teams to ensure range plan accuracy and smooth data handover. Manage the global Go-to-Market calendar, ensuring all departments are regularly updated.



Data Analysis: Collating the various streams of data to inform line planning decisions. Identify gaps and opportunities within the product line to meet customer needs and market demands, presenting competitor and marketplace analysis. Monitor product performance across sales channels, identifying best-sellers and underperforming styles

The Successful Applicant

This role requires a commutable distance to Sheffield.

A successful Product Manager should have:



* Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.

* 4+ years of experience in product line management or a similar role in the fashion or lifestyle industry.

* Deep understanding of the women's fashion market, with a passion for Varley's aesthetic and values.

* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

* Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

* Analytical approach with experience in using data to inform product decisions.

* Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excel and reporting experience is a must.

* Retail experience.

* ERP and Reporting Experience
