Product/ Business Executive

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company, based at the UK head office in Ross-on-Wye. You'll work within the Product Management team of the Building Solutions division and be the key 'link' between the Marketing, Technical and Sales teams. A self-starter, with a strong commercial acumen and vision for looking at the business as a whole is key.

Your duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Developing and implementing commercial strategies.
• Managing pricing, market research, and stock strategies.
• Conducting sales analysis and leading product launches.
• Supporting the UK sales team in promoting innovative solutions.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure profitable business growth.
• Driving the implementation of the UK strategy across the team.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in product management ideally within a manufacturing company
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to business planning and market adaptation.
• Proven ability to create business plans, analyse data, and identify market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (strong Excel)
