Hours: 37.5 a week with flexi start and finish times

Key Responsibilities:

As the Product Assurance Manager, you will:

1. Oversee PA functions across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
2. Write and maintain key documentation, including PA plans, reports, and process lists.
3. Manage project non-conformances and lead the production of Non-Conformance Reports.
4. Participate in design reviews and oversee all inspection stages.
5. Support manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing processes.
6. Conduct supplier audits and inspection activities to develop the supply chain.
7. Provide PA input for bids and support business development efforts.
8. Drive continuous improvement within the Quality Management System (QMS).

About You:

We are looking for candidates who:

Essential Experience

1. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (or HNC with significant experience).
2. Have experience in Product Assurance or Quality Assurance in a regulated sector.
3. Understand industry standards and lean PA/QA approaches.
4. Experience working with ECSS standards.
5. Are knowledgeable about material properties, including mechanical and thermal tolerances.

Technical Skills

1. Root cause analysis and practical problem-solving.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
3. Strong technical communication and reporting skills.

Desirable Experience

1. Internal auditing or ISO 9001 experience.
2. Familiarity with regulated industry standards and hands-on technical roles.
3. Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Visio.
