Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Associate for Brokerage within J.P. Morgan Personal Investing in the UK. You will help innovate product offerings and lead end-to-end product life cycles, acting as the voice of the customer to deliver value and ensure strong client experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, shaping roadmaps, prioritising features, and aligning with regulatory and business objectives to drive scalable, reliable wealth management products.

Qualifications

• Experience or equivalent expertise in product management in financial services or technology.
• Proven track record of wealth management or brokerage product lifecycle.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience delivering large, complex digital product initiatives with cross-team dependencies.
• Experience with software delivery best practices, dependencies, MVP design, and multi-country requirements.
• Ability to explain technical issues to the business and other stakeholders.
• Translate user, business, and technical constraints into product decisions.
• Be the glue among departments and translate concepts into actionable terms.

Responsibilities

• Develops and articulates a clear product strategy that delivers value and aligns with the firm’s objectives.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Forges strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations and Investments, and with external partners.
• Defines and manages a structured roadmap and backlog to ensure delivery of customer- and business-focused features.
• Continuously improves the Product Development process for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
• Balances business and technical objectives and translates them into priorities for Engineering.
• Oversees development, testing, and release management to ensure quality.

Job responsibilities:

Required qualifications,capabilitiesand skills

• Experience or equivalentexpertisein product management or a relevant domain areawithin financial services or technology

• Proventrack recordof successfully building wealth management products, familiarity with brokerage and/or mutual funds end-to-end lifecycle

• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

• Experience working in the delivery of large, complex digital product initiatives with cross-team dependencies

• Experience with software delivery best practices, working with technical product requirements and mapping of dependencies, design ofminimumviableproducts, working with multi-country requirements

• Ability to explaintechnical issues ina clear wayto the business and other stakeholders

• Ability to analyseand incorporate user needs, business needs, and technical constraints/opportunities into the product development process

• Be the glue among departments and create shared understanding by translating ideasandconcepts into technical orlayman’s terms

• Track recordof delivering successful products based on first-principles design, working with data and customer feedback

• Demonstrated prior experience navigating and working in matrix and complex organizations, collaborating effectively across teams and functions
